接触网腕臂装置仿真与试验

摘 要: 以接触网腕臂装置为研究对象,将结构作为一个整体进行研究,建立三维有限元模型,并采用接触算法描述各个部件之间的连接关系,然后对结构的强度和振动特性进行分析,得到结构在静态和动态载荷作用下的变形和应力。同时,通过试验测试,验证了仿真分析结果的正确性,从而为腕臂装置设计参数的校核和新型接触网腕臂装置的研制提供了有力的技术支撑。

Title: Investigation on the cantilever device of catenary by simulation and experiment

Abstract: In this paper, all of the cantilever structure is considered as a whole. Three-dimension finite element model is built. Contact algorithm is employed to describe the connection relations among all parts. With the finite element method, the intensity and vibration characteristics of the structure are analyzed, the deformation and stress results are obtained under static and dynamic loads, and design parameter of the cantilever structure is verified. Also, comparison with experimental results indicates that the simulation results with the software meet the requirements of accuracy in engineering applications.
