双峰驼鼻腔和鼻窦结构的CT解剖

摘 要: 目的:研究双峰驼(Camelus bactrianus)鼻腔和鼻窦的解剖学特征,从结构上探讨双峰驼对干燥、多风沙的特殊环境的生理适应性。方法:大体解剖并利用64层螺旋CT机对双峰驼头部进行连续断层扫描,进行解剖学结构分析。结果:所获CT图片准确地反映了双峰驼鼻腔内部的精细结构,从中发现:双峰驼鼻甲面积较大,复杂程度也较高,相应的鼻道较为狭窄,鼻窦的体积也较大。结论:双峰驼的鼻腔和鼻窦结构较复杂,有利于对干旱环境的适应。

Title: The CT anatomy of nasal cavities and sinuses in Bactrian camel

Abstract: Objective: To study anatomical characteristics of nasal cavities and sinuses of Bactrian camel (Camelus bactrianus) and explore physiological adaptability of the Bactrian camel to dry and aeolian sandy environment. Methods: The Bactrian camel head was grossly dissected and continuously tomoscaned by 64-sliced spiral CT scanner for anatomical analysis. Results: The CT images accurately reflected the fine structures inside the nasal cavities and sinuses, and it was discovered that in the Bactrian camel the turbinates were large and complex, the corresponding meatus were narrow, and the sinuses were large. Conclusion: The nasal cavities and sinuses of the Bactrian camel are relatively complex, which helps the Bactrian camel to adapt the arid environment.
