广东省大宝山矿采空区处理充填工艺技术研究

摘 要: 广东省大宝山矿业有限公司铜业分公司2#斜井500~610 m采空区为一特大型采空区群,其存在直接影响到井底车场和未来回采工作的安全。在对现场进行详细调查和相关资料分析的基础上,查清了该采空区的空间分布状况。结合矿山生产需要,通过综合分析提出了2种经济合理的处理方案,即井下掘进废石充填和全尾砂充填。同时分析了充填料的主要物理力学性质和充填体的作用机理,从理论上验证了废石充填或全尾砂充填可实现采空区的有效治理,保障回采工作的安全。研究结果对解决大宝山矿采空区安全隐患,保护地表环境,实现可持续发展具有重要意义。

Title: The study on filling technique of Dabaoshan mine goaf in Guangdong

Abstract: A super large goaf near to 2# inclined shaft, ranging from 500 m to 610 m level, is a dangerous factor for shaft station and future mining activity in Copper Branch of Dabaoshan Mineral Limited Company, Guangdong. The spatial distribution of the goaf is learned thoroughly, based on detailed field investigation and data analyses in the mine. Two kinds of treatment methods, namely waste rock filling technology and crude tailings fill technology, are proposed according to the specific mining conditions. The main physical and mechanical properties are measured and mechanism of the filling body is discussed in this paper. It is theoretically confirmed that goaf could be treated effectively by waste rock filling technology and crude tailings fill technology. The result is helpful to remove the hidden danger from goaf, to protect environment, and to accomplish the sustainable development of the mine.
