蒙脱石的层面电荷和烷基铵用量对有机蒙脱石凝胶性能的影响

摘 要: 采用2种不同层面电荷的钙基蒙脱石作为原料,经过钠化处理后,以十八烷基三甲基氯化铵为改性剂进行蒙脱石有机改性试验。测定不同层面电荷和不同烷基铵改性剂用量下有机改性蒙脱石在二甲苯和乙醇体系中的凝胶粘度。研究表明:蒙脱石的层面电荷对于有机蒙脱石的凝胶性能具有显著影响,采用层面电荷较低的蒙脱石为原料所合成的有机蒙脱石凝胶粘度较大。烷基铵改性剂的用量对于有机蒙脱石的凝胶性能影响也较大,为了获得具有良好凝胶性能的有机蒙脱石,需要控制烷基铵改性剂的适宜用量。

Title: Effect of layer charge of montmorillonite and dosage of alkylammonium on the gelating property of the organo-montmorillonite

Abstract: Organo-montmorillonite (OM) samples were synthesized with two montmorillonite samples of different layer charge and under different dosages of dodecyltrimethylammonium (DTA) chloride, and the viscosities of the OM gels prepared in the mixture of dimethylbenzene and ethanol were measured. Results show that the layer charge and the dosage of DTA are the key factors influencing the OM gel viscosity. Higher OM gel viscosity was obtained with lower layer charge montmorillonite. In order to achieve a maximum OM gel viscosity, the dosage of DTA should be maintained at an optimal level.
