基于最小二乘法的声发射源定位试验研究

摘 要: 声发射(acoustics emission, AE)源定位技术是一种有巨大发展潜力的无损检测手段。为了平均由信号随机性引起的误差以提高定位精度,借助最小二乘思想提出新的多探头定位方法,并用美国物理声学公司(physical Acoustics Corporation, PAC)的PCI-2系统在边长为60 cm的方石板试件上进行试验考察,选取7个典型位置,以铅笔芯折断模拟声发射源产生信号。结果表明:利用基于最小二乘法的定位方法能够进行平面定位,并取得了较好的精度。

Abstract: Acoustics emission (AE) source localization technology is a lossless detecting way having high development potential. To average the error caused by randomicity of signal so as to improve the locating precision, a new locating method based on the least square method was brought forward. And using PCI-2 system produced by (physical Acoustics Corporation, PAC) in US, experiment was done on a flagstone having 60 cm-long sides. Seven typical positions were selected and pencil lead breaking was used as the simulative AE source. The results show that AE source localization based on the least square method is feasible and has high precision.
