膨胀波发射系统刚柔耦合动力学分析

摘 要: 采用刚柔耦合子系统法对膨胀波发射系统动力学响应进行计算分析。根据膨胀波发射系统的结构特点,将系统分成多刚体系统和多移动质量—柔性梁系统,分别采用多体理论和柔性梁振动理论对其进行建模,然后通过两系统间的运动约束进行耦合,得到整体的刚柔耦合动力学方程。通过数值求解,给出了系统各部件的振动响应规律以及各部件间的相互作用效果,从而揭示了在计及身管柔性效应条件下膨胀波发射系统的动力学响应规律。

Title: Rigid-flexible coupling dynamic analysis of rarefaction wave launch system

Abstract: The dynamic response of the rarefaction wave launch system is studied by rigid-flexible coupling subsystem method. Based on the structural characteristic of the rarefaction wave launch system, the system is divided into two subsystems, one is a system of multi-rigid bodies, and the other is a system of moving masses-flexible beam. The mathematical models for these two subsystems were established respectively by the theory of multi-rigid bodies and flexible beam, and then the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model for the whole system was obtained by considering the coupling effect between these two subsystems. By the numerical calculation, the vibration response of each body and interaction among these bodies were obtained, and then the dynamic response for the rarefaction wave launch system in the condition of considering the flexible effect of the barrel was discussed in detail.
