一种新的基于跳数的Ad Hoc网络退避算法

摘 要: 为解决无线Ad Hoc网络中不同跳数的数据流(TCP/UDP)在端到端吞吐量上存在的不公平现象,提出一种跨层的媒体接入控制(media access control, MAC)退避算法,根据从网络层获取的跳数信息,动态调整当前数据包的退避窗口,提高剩余跳数多的数据包接入信道的能力,从而提高Ad Hoc网络的公平性。仿真结果表明:该算法在不影响网络总吞吐量的前提下,有效地平衡了不同跳数的数据流对网络资源的占用。

Abstract: To decrease unfairness between flows (TCP/UDP) with different hop counts in wireless Ad hoc network, a cross-layer media access control (MAC) backoff algorithm is proposed. Contention window was set dynamically for each packet based on the hop count information, which is acquired from network layer. The success probability of packets in big hop count flows was greatly improved, and unfairness between traffics with different hop counts was decreased effectively. Simulation results showed that the algorithm effectively balanced network resource occupation of data flows with different hop counts without influencing total throughout of the network.
