基于BDD技术的故障树分析及其递归方法的实现

摘 要: 研究二元决策图(binary decision diagram, BDD)技术在故障树分析(fault tree analysis, FTA)中的具体运用。针对传统故障树分析方法只能得到顶事件的割集,而常规不交化割集策略又太过繁琐的弊端,以同时实现故障树顶事件的结构函数及其不交化割集的简化形式为要求,分析了基于Shannon分解的BDD技术在故障树分析中的显著优势。在分析BDD技术原理和方法的基础上,详细研究实现顶事件BDD技术的递归过程,进而运用继承技术自动实现了割集不交化。最后,在具体的例证中阐释了BDD技术优于传统故障树分析的原因。

Title: Fault tree analysis and its recursive implementation based on BDD technique

Abstract: This paper analyzed concrete application of binary decision diagram (BDD) technique in fault tree analysis (FTA). Because there were some disadvantages that the FTA with traditional method could only get cut-sets of top event, and normal non-intersection strategy was too cumbersome, the notable advantage of BDD technique in FTA based on Shannon decomposition was analyzed, which was with requirements that the structure function and its cut-sets with simplified non-intersection form of fault tree should be realized at one time. The recursive technique used for realizing BDD of top-event was researched in detail which was based on analyzing the principles and methods of BDD technique, and further more, a key technique, i.e. inheritance technique was used to form non-intersection cut-sets. Finally, an example was taken to interpret the reasons why the BDD technique was superior to method of traditional FTA.
