利用反向疫苗学筛选保护性抗原的研究

摘 要: | 近年发展起来的反向疫苗学(reverse vaccinology),是现代疫苗学研究的一种新的策略,使疫苗学的研究进入了一个新的时期。这种以“序列-结构-功能”思想为依据,以免疫学、计算机信息学以及高通量的组学(包括基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学等)综合集成技术为核心的策略,为多种病原微生物保护性抗原的筛选提供新策略,可以大大提高筛选疫苗的效率。 |

Abstract: | The rapidly-developed reverse vaccinology was a new strategy on the modern study of vaccinology, which marked a turning point. Based on the principle of “sequence-structure-function”, the strategy taked immunization information science、computer prediction design and high-throughput of the various groups (including genomics, transcription of this group, proteomics and so on) as its core. It was hoped that the strategy can give new lights to find more protective antigen of pathogen as the candidates to produce vaccine, and improve our efficiency to vaccine screening. |
