直接利用糖质原料生产L-丝氨酸菌株的选育

摘 要: 以一株能直接利用糖质发酵生产L-丝氨酸(L-Serine, L-Ser)的谷氨酸棒杆菌(Corynebacterium glutamicum)SYPS-062 为出发菌,经硫酸二乙酯(diethyl sulfate, DES)逐级诱变处理,在D-丝氨酸(D-Ser) 抗性梯度平板上挑取正突变株,获得一株遗传性能稳定的突变株33a-18,可积累L-Ser 11.0 g/L,较出发菌株提高了65.4%�

Title: Study on the mutant breeding of Corynebacterium glutamicum SYPS-062, direct-producing L-Serine from sugar

Abstract: Corynebacterium glutamicum SYPS-062, which could use sugar to produce L-Ser, was used as an original strain for stepwise mutagenic treatment by diethyl sulfate (DES). Then positive mutants were selected on D-Ser resistance gradient plate. Finally a strain named 33a-18 was obtained. The 33a-18 can accumulate 11.0 g/L of L-Ser, which is increased by 65.4% compared with the original strain.
