中国亚热带地区豇豆和绿豆根瘤菌系统发育研究

摘 要: | 目的:探讨中国亚热带地区豇豆和绿豆根瘤菌系统发育地位。方法:对中国亚热带地区不同省份的62株实验菌株运用数值分类、16 S核糖体DNA扩增片段限制性内切酶分析(amplified 16 S rDNA restriction analysis,ARDRA)、16 S rRNA基因序列系统发育分析等方法进行多相分类和系统发育研究。结果:90%的菌株属于慢生根瘤菌(Bradyrhizobium japonicum, B. liaoningense, B. yuanmingense和B. elkanii),少数菌株属于快生型菌株(Rhizobium leguminosarum, R. etli和Sinorhizobium fredii)。结论:中国亚热带地区豇豆和绿豆根瘤菌存在多样性。 |

Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the phylogenic status of cowpea (Vigna unguiculata) and mung bean (V. radiata) grown in subtropical region of China. Methods: A polyphasic approach, including numerical taxonomy, amplified 16 S rDNA restriction analysis(ARDRA) and phylogenic analysis of 16 S rRNA sequences, was used to 62 experimental strains from different provinces of subtropical region in China. Results: 90% of the analyzed strains belonged to or related to Bradyrhizobium japonicum, B. liaoningense, B. yuanmingense and B. elkanii, while the remaining were Rhizobium leguminosarum, R. etli and Sinorhizobium fredii. Conclusion: Abundant diversity was observed in cowpea and mung bean grown in the subtropical region of China. |
