创新型“平台+模块”体育教育人才培养模式的研究

摘 要: 通过对创新型人才培养的认识,以宁波大学创新型“平台+模块”体育教育专业人才培养体系为研究对象,从培养目标、培养规格、课程结构等方面,对创新型“平台+模块”体育教育人才培养模式进行研究,分析了其突出特点,也指出了该模式存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出了相应的建议对策,使体育教育人才培养模式更趋完善,为中国体育教育创新型人才的培养提供借鉴,为进一步改革中国普通高校体育教育专业人才培养提供参考。

Title: Research on creative “platforms+modules” training mode of PE teachers

Abstract: Based on knowledge of the innovative talents training, this paper takes the creative “platforms+modules” training of physical education (PE) teachers of Ningbo University for example, makes a research on the training objective, specification, course structure and so on, and points out main characteristics and weaknesses of the training mode. Finally, this paper also makes some suggestions to solve the problems and further improves the training mode. The paper provides some references for further reform of PE professional training in China.
