自制活性炭分离PCBs与OCPs的活化方法研究

摘 要: 建立了一种自制活性炭分离多氯联苯(polychlorinated biphenyls, PCBs)与有机氯农药(organochlorine pesticides, OCPs)的活化方法。通过对酸洗浓度、碱洗浓度、活化温度、活化时间和流动相配比五因素四水平L16(45)正交实验研究,得到16种OCPs和10种PCBs分离效果的最优实验条件:酸洗浓度3 mol/L、碱洗浓度2 mol/L、活化温度550℃、活化时间1.5 h、流动相为30 mL丙酮+10 mL丙酮-二氯甲烷混合溶液(丙酮∶二氯甲烷=95∶5,体积比)。结果显示:OCPs和PCBs的平均回收率分别为95.13%和10.40%,OCPs纯度达到了91.59%.

Title: Separation of polychlorinated biphenyls and organochlorine pesticides by self-made column of activated carbon

Abstract: A method for separation of organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) and polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) by self-made column of activated carbon had been established. The conditions of separating for sixteen kinds of OCPs and ten kinds of PCBs were optimized by orthogonal experimental design of five factors-four levels for concentration of acid, concentration of alkali, activation temperature, activation time and types of eluting reagents. The results showed that the optimization of separating between sixteen kinds of OCPs and ten kinds of PCBs adsorbed in activated carbon with eluting of 30 mL acetone and 10 mL mix solution of acetone and dichloromethane and (95∶5, volume ratio) in turn could be obtained in the conditions of activated carbon soaking in 3 mol/L of acid turn and turn about 2 mol/L of alkali, heating at 550℃ for 1.5 hours. The results indicated that the recoveries of OCPs and PCBs were 95.13% and 10.40%, respectively, and the purity of OCPs equaled to 91.59%.
