免疫扩散实验鉴定甲胎蛋白与热休克70蛋白的连接

| 摘 要： | 目的：应用琼脂免疫扩散实验鉴定甲胎蛋白（alphafetoprotein，AFP）与热休克70蛋白（heat shock protein 70，HSP70）是否交联。方法：在含0.1 mg/L溴酚蓝的凝胶琼脂板上，进行2次琼脂免疫扩散实验，第1次是用AFP-HSP70交联蛋白和AFP抗体进行琼脂免疫扩散，把扩散后沉淀带处理后再次和HSP70抗体进行琼脂免疫扩散。结果：2次均出现典型的沉淀带。结论：建立的方法简单、快捷，可适于临床和科研工作。 |

| Abstract： | Objective: To identify the cross-linking of alphafetoprotein (AFP) and heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) via agar gel double immunodiffusion test (AGID). Methods: Agar gel immunodiffusion test was conducted twice in agar gel plate with 0.1 mg/L bromophenol blue, first, agar gel immunodiffusion test was carried out with AFP-HSP70 cross-linking protein and AFP antibody, then the test was conducted again with the processed precipitation band and HSP70 antibody. Results: The typical band appeared in the two agar gel immunodiffusion test. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, and is suitable for the application on clinical diagnosis and research. |
