在校大学生S1/S2比值变异性和倒置现象的研究

摘 要: | 通过研究第一心音(S1)和第二心音(S2)幅值比(S1/S2)的变异性,深入了解在校大学生心脏对低氧状态的反应。通过设计屏气心音图试验(breath-holding phonocardiogram test,BHPCGT)诱发低氧的状态。对116名受试者(71名运动员和45名非运动员)进行BHPCGT,13名受试者出现S1/S2倒置的现象(6名全倒置,7名部分倒置);其中4例(5.63%)运动员,9例(20%)非运动员。双尾等方差配对t检验统计结果表明:两种状态下运动员的50例(70.42%)样本及非运动员的32例(71.11%)样本S1/S2存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论认为:屏气确实会在一定程度上影响心脏的功能,并且运动员对低氧的耐受性比非运动员好。S1/S2倒置在评估心脏储备、研究心脏疲劳及观察心脏对低氧的反应中有重要的作用。 |

Abstract: | The goal of the study is to get an insight into college student cardiac responses to hypoxia conditions by studying first heart sound (S1) and second heart sound (S2) amplitude ratio (S1/S2) variability. A breath-holding phonocardiogram test (BHPCGT) was designed for inducing a hypoxia condition. When performing the BHPCGT in 116 subjects (71 athletes and 45 non-athletes), a phenomenon, reversal of S1/S2, was found in 13 samples (6 full-reversal and 7 partial-reversal). There were 4 (5.63%) reversed samples in athletes controlled with 9 (20%) in non-athletes. Paired t-test statistic results showed that 50 (70.42%) samples in athletes and 32 (71.11%) in non-athletes had significant differences (P<0.05) between the two conditions. It suggests that holding breathe does have influenced the function of heart to some extent, and the tolerance to hypoxia may be better in athletes than in non-athletes. The reversal of S1/S2 may have a significant value in assessing cardiac reserve, studying cardiac fatigue and observing heart responses to hypoxia. |
