颅底内面部分骨性结构或图形的数值表示

摘 要: 目的:探讨用数值表示人类颅骨结构图形;用解析几何学方法研究颅骨结构位置和相互间的位置关系。方法:以颅骨的耳眼(Frankfurt)平面为基础定位平面,按解析几何方法设计颅骨的三维空间坐标系。取成人颅骨标本32个,测量颅底内面部分骨性结构在颅骨整体中的“绝对空间位置值”。结果:建立了一个“颅骨三维空间坐标系”;测出了颅底内面骨性解剖学标志27项,共50个结构点的三维空间坐标值。“点”为几何图形的基础,因此这些数值可作为研究和计算这些结构的图形、位置和相互间位置关系的基本参数。结论:创立了一个有实用特色的三维坐标系。可对颅骨的各结构点进行科学(即唯一的)定位;并可借数学计算的方法推算颅骨结构间的“相对位置关系”,帮助解决临床上颅脑疾病诊治过程中经常遇见的各种实际难题;可为颅脑的影像学检查、手术、穿刺和照射等临床需要的定位提供各种各样的参考数据和图形,也可为人类学的研究提供“数学方法”。

Abstract: Objective: To explore a mathematical approach to study skull structures, so as to use numerical values or equations to express some structure or graphic for the skull, and to apply mathematical calculations to solve some quantitative relationships. Methods: A 3-D coordinate system was designed for skull, based on Frankfurt horizontal plane and analytical geometry method. Thirty-two adult skull specimens were measured to obtain the spatial ‘absolute position’ of some structures in the entire skull. Results: The 3-D coordinate values of 50 points in 27 skeleton structures were measured. These values can be used as basic parameters to calculate and study the structural positions and their ‘relative position relations’. Conclusion: The 3-D coordinate system for the skull is applicable. It can provide various reference data and figures for X-ray examination, operation, puncture and irradiation. Additionally, it can provide a ‘mathematical approach’ for anthropological study.
