类风湿性关节炎伴发抑郁大鼠的行为学测定

| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对大鼠行为学指标的观察，评价类风湿性关节炎伴发抑郁大鼠模型。方法：胶原诱导复制大鼠类风湿性关节炎模型，结合孤养法和慢性不可预知的温和应激方法,造成类风湿性关节炎伴发抑郁大鼠模型，造模后给予行为学测定。结果：模型组大鼠关节肿大畸形，关节炎指数增高，蔗糖水饮用量、旷野实验中水平及垂直得分都明显小于正常组，有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论：类风湿性关节炎伴发抑郁症大鼠关节肿大畸形、关节炎指数增高、抑郁状态、兴趣丧失、运动迟滞等，能充分模拟类风湿性关节炎伴发抑郁患者的核心症状，实验重复性较好，是研究类风湿性关节炎伴发抑郁的理想模型。 |

| Abstract： | Objective: To evaluate the rat model of post-rheumatoid arthritis depression by behavioral indicators observed in rats. Methods: The rats were induced arthritis with type Ⅱ collagen first, and then the rats were separately raised and put into chronic unpredictable mild stress in order to induce the model of post-rheumatoid arthritis depression. After undergoing the model-inducing procedures, the rats were examined by behavioral test. Results: It was found that ankle joints were swollen and malformed, the index of arthritis was increasing, the amount of sugar-water consumption by the rats in the model group, both the crossing time and rearing time in the open-field test were much less than those by the rats in the normal group (P<0.01). Conclusion: With swollen and malformed ankle joints，increasing of the index of arthritis, depression, loss of interest, anhedonia and underactivity found in the rats with post-rheumatoid arthritis depression may represent the core symptoms in the patients of post-rheumatoid arthritis depression. The model is repeatable and is an ideal model for post-rheumatoid arthritis depression research. |
