针刺“肩三针”改善肌肉疲劳的表面肌电分析

摘 要: 目的:研究针刺效应与表面肌电(surface electromyography, sEMG)频域指标的中位频率(middle frequency, MF)与平均功率频率(mean power frequency, MPF)的关系。方法:志愿受试者做肩关节最大外展等长收缩,测量双侧三角肌中部肌束sEMG变化数据,两次测量中间间隔20 min,其间针刺左侧“肩三针”(肩毭、肩前、肩后)。结果:左侧针刺后三角肌的MF,MPF变化不明显(P>0.05);右侧三角肌MF,MPF明显下降(P<0.05);MF,MPF在评价三角肌疲劳和针刺作用方面相关性系数r=0.951 49. 结论:在肌肉疲劳状态下,MF和MPF呈递减变化,针刺后呈升高趋势。二者在反映肌肉功能状态和针刺作用方面正相关。针刺可以缓解肌肉疲劳,防止疼痛和功能障碍的发生。MF和MPF可以作为检测针刺疗效的客观指标之一。

Title: The analysis of the surface electromyography signals in the study of acupunctural effects on deltoid fatigue

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the relationship of acupuncture effect and middle frequency (MF) and mean power frequency (MPF) of surface electromyography (sEMG) signal. Methods: Collect the sEMG signals of the middle part of both deltoid muscles when the subjects make both shoulders contract homometrically to the maximum abduction. After 20 min relax, do acupuncture “jian san zhen” (Jianyu/Jianqian/Jianhou) on the left shoulder and collect the signals. Results: There was no significant difference between the signals collected before and after acupuncture on the left shoulder (P>0.05). The MF & MPF decreased significantly on the right shoulder (P<0.05). The correlation coefficient between deltoid fatigue and acupunctural effect r=0.951 54. Conclusion: the sEMG signals reflect the acupunctural therapeutic effects. MF & MPF decline in the case of deltoid fatigue, while increase after the acupuncture. There is a positive correlation between the function of muscles and the acupunctural effect. Acupuncture can be used to treat muscle fatigue and stop muscular pain and dysfunction. The MF & MPF can be considered as one of the objective indicators to test acupunctural effect.
