腺嘌呤肾阳虚多尿模型的研制

摘 要: 目的:制作腺嘌呤致肾阳虚多尿大鼠模型。方法:SD(Sparague-Dawley)大鼠分别用腺嘌呤350,300,250,150 mg/kg灌胃,1次/d,连续4周。观察大鼠一般状态的改变,检测体重及尿量的变化。结果:用腺嘌呤250 mg/kg灌胃的动物模型出现肾阳虚的症状,没有出现死亡并且出现明显的多尿症状。结论:腺嘌呤可以制作较理想的肾阳虚多尿大鼠模型。

Title: Model establishment method of rat polyuria due to kidney Yang-deficiency

Abstract: Objective: To establishment a model of rat polyuria due to Kidney Yang-deficiency. Methods: Sparague-Dawley (SD) rats were induced independently by adenine (350, 300, 250, 150 mg/kg) for 4 weeks. The general state, weight and urine of the rats were observed. Results: Rats induced by adenine of 250 mg/kg were not dead, and they all appeared the syndrome of kidney Yang-deficiency and polyuria. Conclusion: Adenine can be used to establish the model of the rat polyuria due to kidney Yang-deficiency.
