生脉胶囊对慢性心衰大鼠血浆AngⅡ,ALD,ET的影响

摘 要: 目的:探讨生脉胶囊对慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failture,CHF)大鼠血浆内分泌激素血管紧张素Ⅱ(angiotensin Ⅱ,Ang Ⅱ)、醛固酮(aldosterone,ALD)、内皮素(endothelin,ET)的影响。方法:将雌性SD(Sparague-Dawley)大鼠随机分为假手术组、心衰模型组、生脉胶囊组、卡托普利组、生脉胶囊加卡托普利组,采用腹主动脉缩窄法造成大鼠慢性心力衰竭模型,治疗7周后采用放射免疫法(radioimmunoassay, RIA)测定大鼠血浆Ang Ⅱ,ALD,ET的含量。结果:生脉胶囊组与卡托普利组血浆Ang Ⅱ,ALD的含量均低于模型组(P<0.01或P<0.05);生脉胶囊组血浆ET的含量有低于模型组的趋势(P=0.058),卡托普利组低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:生脉胶囊可降低慢性心力衰竭大鼠血浆内分泌水平,与其减轻心室重构作用有关。

Title: Effect of Shengmai capsule on the AngⅡ, ALD & ET in plasma of rats with chronic congestive heart failure

Abstract: Objective: To research the effect of Shengmai capsule on angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ), aldosterone (ALD) & endothelin (ET) in plasma of chronic heart failure (CHF) rats. Methods: 75 female SD(Sparague-Dawley) rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, 15 rats each group: sham-operation group (A), CHF model group (B), CHF model treated by Shengmai capsule group (Shengmai capsule group, C), CHF model treated by Captopril group (Captopril group, D), CHF model treated by Shengmai capsule and Captopril group (Shengmai capsule & captopril group, E). Suprarenal abdominal artery constriction was operated to prepare CHF rat models. After 7 weeks treating respectively, the contents of Ang Ⅱ, ALD & ET in plasma of rats were detected with radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results: The contents of Ang Ⅱ and ALD were both lower in group C and D than in group B (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Plasma ET in group C had the degrade tendency against group B (P=0.058) while lower in group D than in group B (P<0.01). Conclusion: Shengmai capsule can inhibit plasma incretion level of the CHF rats, because it can relieve the ventricular remodeling of CHF rats.
