黄芪种衣剂对黄芪幼苗根系的影响研究

| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对黄芪种子进行种衣剂包衣处理，考察黄芪种衣剂（Astragalus seed-coating，AM）对黄芪幼苗根系的影响。方法：将精选的黄芪种子，经变温处理后用吸水纸吸至表面无水，于室温下风干，用不同浓度的AM和生产中常用的ND牌种衣剂（ND）进行包衣，空白种子作对照（CK），然后以蛭石为基质，定量装盆、定量浇水，同时将包衣种子和对照种子进行定量播种，并于播种后进行形态指标测定，其中与长度相关的指标如株高、根粗采用直接测定的方法。结果：黄芪经种衣剂包衣后可以增加黄芪的根粗、幼苗的根冠比，提高根系活力。结论：运用适宜剂量的AM可在一定程度上提高黄芪幼苗的壮苗指数，利于黄芪幼苗的形态建成。 |

| Abstract： | Objective: To observe the effects of Astragalus seed-coating (AM) on Astragalus seedling root system through treatment of Astragalus seeds by seed-coating. Methods: The selected Astragalus seeds were treated by variable-temperature treatment, the surface water was soaked up using absorbent paper, and air-dried at room temperature. AM with different concentrations and commonly used ND brand seed-coating (ND) were used for coating, blank seeds as control (CK). Then vermiculite was used as a substrate, and the basin was charged and water was spread quantitatively. Meantime coated seeds and control seeds were sowed quantitatively. Morphological indexes were determined after sowing. The length-related indicators such as plant height and root width were determined by direct measurement method. Results: After coated with seed coating, the root width, root shoot ratio and root vigor of Astragalus were increased. Conclusion: The application of appropriate doses of AM can increase seedlings index in some extent, which is good for morphogenesis of Astragalus seedling. |
