碳纤维布加固现浇楼板工程实例研究

摘 要: 近年来碳纤维加固补强技术的大量理论和工程实例研究主要偏重于钢筋混凝土梁、柱及梁柱节点,而对于混凝土板特别是现浇钢筋混凝土楼板的相关研究相对较少,基于此,结合新建住宅的加固工程实例,主要从工程概况、方案确定、工艺施工及其效果评价等方面详细介绍了碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土现浇楼板的具体技术方法和实施要点,以供广大加固、检测及研究人员参考。实践证明:该方法能有效提高加固楼板的承载能力,限制裂缝宽度,延缓开裂速度,综合效益良好。

Title: The project case study of carbon fiber cloth’s reinforcement on cast-in-situ floor-slab

Abstract: In recent years, reinforcement and strengthening technology had large amount of the theoretical and engineering researches are focused on reinforced concrete (RC) beam, column, and their node, and less of them involve the research on concrete slab, especially on cast-in-situ RC floor-slab. In view of this status, combining with the practical examples of the reinforcement engineering of new-constructed residences, this paper introduces in detail the specific technological methods and implementation key points of carbon-fiber cloth reinforced cast-in-situ RC floor-slab from the aspects of engineering situation, scheme determination, craft construction and its effect evaluation and so on, so as to offer reference for the people who are specialized in the strengthening, testing, and research of reinforcement technology. The practice has proved that this method can effectively enhance the bearing capability of the reinforced floor-slab, restrain the width of the cracks and slow the growing speed of cracks, and has good comprehensive benefit.
