基于火用经济学原理确定一种新型直埋热力管道经济保温层的厚度

摘 要: 从降低单位管长年总费用和增加收益的角度出发,利用经济学原理,讨论了以一种新型预制保温管(以孔网钢带耐热聚乙烯复合管为工作管)作为直埋供热管道、双管敷设时经济保温层厚度的计算方法,与传统设计方法相比,供回水温度为85/60℃时,可节能17%~24%;60/50℃时,可节能9%~22%,可知该方法更合理。编制了计算程序,并分析了价、保温材料导热系数和埋深对经济保温层厚度的影响。其结果可供工程设计参考。

Title: Determination of economical insulation layer thickness of a new directly-buried thermal pipe based on principle of energy economics

Abstract: Based on the principle of energy economics, for increasing income and decreasing the annual total cost of unit pipe length, the paper studies a calculation method of economical insulation layer thickness of a new prefabricated directly buried insulating pipe (compound pipe of steel strip with borehole net and polyethylene of raised temperature compound pipe used as service pipes) when double-tube are laid. Comparing with traditional design method, the new design method can reduce energy consumption by 17%~24% when supply and return water temperature is 85/60℃ and 9%~22% when supply and return water temperature is 60/50℃. So the method of computing economical insulation layer thickness based on the principle of energy economy is more reasonable. The paper also programs calculation procedure, and analyzes the effect of energy price, thermal conductivity of insulation material and buried depth on the economical insulation layer thickness. The result can be referenced for engineering design.
