PF6对PVC糊树脂的增塑作用研究

摘 要: 将绿色溶剂室温离子液体[bmim]PF6作为聚氯乙烯(polyvinyl chloride ,PVC)糊树脂增塑剂,使用万能材料试验机、热重差热(thermal gravimetry/differential thermal analyzer, TG/DTA)综合热分析仪等方法测定PVC糊树脂膜的力学性能、热稳定性、耐久性能,并将耐久性能与以邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(dioctyl phthalate,DOP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(dibutyl phthalate,DBP)和柠檬酸三丁酯(tributyl citrate,TBC)作增塑剂的PVC糊树脂膜的耐久性进行比较。结果表明:随着离子液体用量逐渐增大,弹性模量、拉伸强度逐渐降低;断裂伸长率显著升高;PVC糊树脂膜的热稳定性明显提高;耐久性能明显优于DOP,DBP,TBC增塑膜;生物相容性能良好,其细胞毒性、热原、溶血均符合国家标准,可以作为增塑剂生产医用导管类产品。

Title: Study on ionic liquid[bmim]PF6 as plasticizer for PVC paste resin

Abstract: The green solvent, room temperature ionic liquid [bmim]PF6(1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate) was used as plasticizer for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) paste resin. The mechanical properties and thermal stability of the PVC paste resin samples were determined by universal testing machine and thermal gravimetry/differential thermal analyzer (TG/DTA), and compared with dioctyl phthalate (DOP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), tributyl citrate (TBC) on plasticizer permanence. The results showed that with the increasing of [bmim]PF6 dosages, the tensile strength and elastic moduli dropped; and their elongation at break were improved obviously; and the thermal stability of PVC paste resin membranes were improved obviously, permanence properties were more excellent than DOP, DBP, TBC plasticized membranes. It can be used in producing medical catheters as plasticizers because that it had good biocompatibility: its cytotoxicity, pyrogen and hemolytic all were fitted to national standards.
