超顺磁Fe3O4纳米粒子的制备和表征

摘 要: 采用共沉淀法和溶胶-凝胶法制备超顺磁Fe3O4纳米粒子。制备出了粒径小、且有较高饱和磁化强度、低磁矫顽力的Fe3O4磁纳米粒子。分别通过X射线粉末衍射(X-ray diffraction, XRD)、透射电镜(transmission electron microscopy, TEM)和振动样品磁强计(vibrating sample magnetometer, VSM)测量,证实了Fe3O4纳米结构,获得了颗粒半径为10~40 nm,磁饱和强度为47.6~53.8 emu/g,矫顽力几乎为零的超顺磁Fe3O4粒子。

Abstract: Small particle size, high magnetic saturation, low magnetic coercivity superparamagnetic Fe3O4 was synthesized by coprecipitation method and sol-gel method, which were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM). The results shown us the crystalline, particle average diameter (10~40 nm), magnetic saturation (47.61~53.85 emu/g ) and magnetic coercivity (close to zero).
