5-三氟甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑脲的微波合成及生物活性研究

摘 要: 5-三氟甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑脲类化合物II可以通过中间体I和取代胺在微波反应条件下非常容易地得到。目标化合物的结构通过核磁共振氢谱(1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectra, 1HNMR)、液质联用质谱(liquid chromatographic mass spectrometry,LC-MS )、元素分析和单晶衍射(X-ray diffraction, XRD)的数据确认。5-三氟甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑脲类化合物具有较低的除草活性和杀虫活性,并具有一定的杀菌活性, 其中有些化合物具有较好的植物生长调节作用。

Title: Studies on microwave-assisted synthesis and biological activities of 5-(trifluoromethyl )-1,3,4-thiadiazol ureas

Abstract: A simple and efficient method is developed for the synthesis of 5-trifluoromethyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol ureas II from heterocyclic amino compounds and intermediate I under solvent conditions using microwave irradiation.The structures of the titled compoundsⅡ are characterized by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectra (1HNMR), liquid chromatographic mass spectrometry(LC-MS), elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction (XRD) data. The results of the biological activities of the title compounds indicate that the titled compounds have low herbicidal and insecticidal activities, but good fungicidal activities. Some of them have good plant growth regulation activities.
