丙烯腈-衣康酸氧化还原引发体系下的共聚合

摘 要: 以NaHSO3-K2S2O8氧化还原体系为引发剂,采用常规合成以及微波合成2种方法,以丙烯腈-衣康酸(acrylonitrile-itaconic acid,AN-IA)为共聚单体在水溶液中自由基沉淀聚合,合成了较高分子量的聚丙烯腈(polyacrylonitrile, PAN)。用乌氏黏度计测出产物粘均分子量,继而分析了单体IA对聚合物的影响,单体浓度及引发剂浓度对反应体系的影响,反应时间、反应温度等因素对反应体系的影响。结果表明:增加单体浓度及引发剂用量、升高反应温度等条件均可使体系转化率提高,但会使共聚物分子量降低,分子量分布变宽,增加单体配比量也会使共聚物分子量降低。最后分析了产物的差示扫描量热法(differential scanning calorimetry, DSC)放热曲线图及热重(thermogravimetry,TG)失重曲线图。

Title: Study on AN-IA copolymerization initiated byoxidation-revivification’s solicitaion system

Abstract: High molecular weight polyacrylonitrile (PAN) was obtained by the free-radical suspension copolymerization of acrylonitrile (AN) and itaconic acid (IA) which was carried out in H2O using NaHSO3-K2S2O8 as initiator, using two methods of routine and microwave . Measured it’s viscosity-average molecular weight by Ubbelohde viscometer, then analyzed the impact of monomer IA on the copolymer.And also studied the impact of the monomer concentration,initiator concentration,reaction time,reaction temperature and other factors on the reaction system.The result indicated that,increasing monomer concentration and initiator dosage,raising reaction temperature,all may enhance conversion of the polymerization system,but can reduce the molecular weight of the copolymer,and molecular weight distribution was expanded.Increasing the amount of monomer ratio will reduce the copolymer molecular weight.At last, the paper analyzed the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) curve and the thermogravimetry (TG) curve of the production.
