自励式缓速器驱动控制器设计及制动力矩控制方法

摘 要: 自励式缓速器驱动控制器解决了因自励式缓速器励磁线圈工作不同步所引起的老化不均匀及转子受热不均所引起的形变问题。介绍自励式缓速器的基本工作原理,并对其驱动控制器的主要电路设计进行阐述,详细推导出基于制动力矩档位与运行工况的可控硅导电角计算公式,通过控制可控硅导电角实现了制动力矩档位的实时控制。

Title: Design of the self�excited retarder drive controller and brake torque control method

Abstract: This drive controller has successfully resolved the following problems for a self�excited retarder: excitation coil uneven aging caused by unsynchronous work and rotor deformation induced by the uneven heating. The basic working principle of a self�excited retarder was introduced briefly and the main circuits of its drive controller were designed in detail. Based on brake torque gear and vehicle�s working condition, the formulae for calculating SCR�s conductive angle were strictly derived and the real�time control on brake torque has been realized successfully by controlling SCR�s conductive angle.
