奶山羊乳腺组织发育不同时期乳糖的变化

摘 要: 哺乳动物乳腺组织成分中含有大量成分复杂、种类繁多的大分子物质,包括糖类、脂类和蛋白质。其中大部分为乳的主要组成成分,此外乳腺间质中也有大量贮存。本研究应用过碘酸-Schiff反应(PAS)这一经典的组织化学方法,直接检测乳腺组织,希望在细胞水平上系统阐述奶山羊乳腺组织发育不同时期乳糖的变化规律。结果表明:奶山羊乳腺发育中,乳糖主要分布在腺泡腔内和腺泡上皮细胞中,其表达水平在青春期和妊娠初期很低,妊娠中期开始逐渐增加,到泌乳期达到最高,退化期迅速下降,到退化晚期已恢复到青春期的水平。

Title: Changes of lactose on the development of dairy goat mammary gland

Abstract: There were a great deal of complex and various components including carbohydrates, lipids and proteins in mammalian mammary gland. Most of them were the major component of milk besides storing in the stroma. To formulate the changing rule of lactose in different period of dairy goat mammary gland on the cellular level, changes of lactose were detected with PAS by detecting the mammary gland directly. in this research. The results showed that lactose was present inside the lumen and mammary gland epithelium during the developing of dairy goat mammary gland. The expression of lactose was very low in virgin, increased step by step after mid-pregnancy and reached the peak in late-lactation, decreased quickly in involution and recovered to the level of virgin.
