HPLC法测定立血康软胶囊中大黄2组分的含量

| 摘 要： | 目的：建立立血康软胶囊中大黄素和大黄酚的含量测定方法，以控制该产品的质量。方法：采用HPLC法，色谱柱：Kromasil C18柱（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm），柱温：30℃；流动相：甲醇 0.1%磷酸溶液（85：15），流速：1.0 mL/min，检测波长：254 nm。结果：大黄素在0.018 2～0.182 μg之间与其峰面积有良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9），大黄酚在0.044 2～0.442μg之间与其峰面积有良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）。平均加样回收率为97.33%（RSD=1.44%）。结论：方法简便易行、准确可靠，可用于立血康软胶囊的质量控制。 |

| Abstract： | Objective: To establish a quantitative determination method of Emodin and Chrysophanol in Lixuekang Soft Capsule to control quality. Methods: The method of HPLC was carried out with Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results: Emodin and Chrysophanol had a good linearity in the range of 0.018 2～0.182 μg and 0.044 2～0.442 μg, respectively. Conclusion: The method is easy, accurate and can be used to control quality of Lixuekang Soft Capsule. |
