基于格雷编码光栅的双目立体扫描仪关键技术研究

摘 要: 提出了如何完成一个双目立体扫描仪的软硬件设计,在硬件方面提及了需要配置的各种硬件器材,软件方面主要介绍了双目立体扫描仪的实现算法。重点是介绍了立体视觉的测量原理,如何采用两台摄像机得到三维立体影像。为了使不同摄像机得到的图像匹配起来,我们必须使用结构光的方法来进行立体像对的定位,对结构光的实现本文采用了数字投影仪投射栅格光栅的方法。本文能过大量实验,结合扫描仪设计和实际测量要求,归纳出了扫描仪的机械结构设计方法。同时,为了得到准确的测量数据,必须进行摄像机的标定,简要介绍了Tsai两步标定法,用以得到摄像机的内外参数。最后,结合深度数据进行了三维重构,给出了实验结果。

Title: The key technology of two-camera 3D scanner based on gray-code light projection

Abstract: This issue gives a method of the software and hardware design of a two-camera 3D scanner. In hardware design, some necessary device was chose. In software design, development arithmetic is introduced. The significant part is measure principle of 3D vision and how to obtain 3D image from two cameras. Structured light should be used for positioning and is generated by digital projection. By plenty of experiment, mechanical design of the scanner is fixed according practical measure demands. In another hands, for exactly data, demarcate of the camera is needed. Tsai demarcate method is introduced to get the parameters. Finally, the result of the experiment is figure out by 3D restructure of depth data.
