膨胀花岗岩软岩巷道整体支护技术研究

摘 要: 为解决软弱岩体中巷道掘进及成巷困难和巷道变形越显突出问题,本文通过对膨胀花岗岩巷道围岩变形失稳机理进行研究和分析,针对膨胀花岗岩软弱巷道掘进成巷出现的具体情况,提出顶、帮喷、锚、网+底板锚杆、反底拱加强整体支护技术方案。并运用三维有限元数值模拟对方案进行研究,以应力分布、塑性区分布对二种方案进行对比分析后,得出了第二种支护(支护方案二:顶板及两帮采用1.8 m锚杆支护,喷射混凝土厚度10 cm,间排距0.75 m×1.0 m)方案。支护效果检测的结果表明,巷道收敛变形在整改后逐渐变小,三个月时间内基本趋于稳定,说明了该支护技术方案的可行性,具有广泛的推广现实意义。

Abstract: To address weakness in the rock tunnel boring and a roadway tunnel deformation of the more difficult and more and more important issue, the paper through the expansion of granite roadway deformation instability mechanism research and analysis for expansion of granite weak roadway tunneling into the concrete roadway. To the top, for spraying, the anchor, Network + floor bolt, at the end of arch-support technology to strengthen the overall programme. And use three-dimensional finite element of the programme numerical simulation studies to stress distribution, the distribution of plastic zone two kinds of programmes were analyzed after the second draw support(support option 2: roof and the two anchor for a 1.8 m - Support, sprayed concrete thickness of 10 cm, distance between 0.75 m×1.0 m) programme. Supporting performance test results show that convergence deformation in the roadway after the rectification and reform gradually become smaller, three-month time frame for moving toward stability, shows that the supporting technology programmes the feasibility of promoting a wide range of practical significance.
