醇基燃料燃烧特性试验研究

摘 要: 针对不同自动化燃烧器,进行醇基液体燃料和常规液体燃料的冷热态试验研究,探讨了压力由7 atm至14 atm变化过程中,燃料流量的变化特性;在锅炉内水温由40℃升高至80℃的过程中,测试了燃料燃烧中心火焰温度变化范围和锅炉烟气温度的变化情况。在热态试验过程中,多次测量烟气中CO的含量特性。通过分析以上情况的影响因素,为醇基液体燃料的清洁燃烧提供了试验参考。

Title: Experimental study on combustion performance of alcohol�based fuel

Abstract: In this paper, a series of comparison tests between the new alcohol�based fuel and conventional liquid fuel (e.g. diesel oil) have been done in the laboratory. The characteristics of flow rate for different burners have been studied while the pressure changing from 7atm to 14atm in the cool test; Stable combustion and emissions of the boiler have been researched and many factors have been discussed in detail in the thermal test. The results provided the reference to clean combustion of the new alcohol�based fuel.
