基于均匀试验设计的汽油机点火提前角的标定

摘 要: 为解决发动机标定参数多、周期长、试验成本高的问题,以MR479Q汽油机为对象,应用自主开发的开放式电子控制单元(electronic control unit,ECU)及上位机软件,基于均匀设计方法,进行基本点火提前角的标定试验。对标定结果采用多项式回归模型进行分析,预测获得了点火提前角基本MAP. 结果表明:与全面试验获得的标定数据对比,试验点从170个减少至30个,绝对误差平均值为0�871 3 CA,可显著降低标定开发周期和成本,显示出良好的工程应用价值。

Title: Spark advance angle calibration for gasoline engine based on uniform design

Abstract: In order to solve the parameters calibration problem with a large number of parameters, longer development period and increasing experiment cost, basic spark advance angle was calibrated based on uniform design by the open electronic control unit (ECU) with host computer control system developed by the studying team by taking MR479Q gasoline engine as research object. Basic spark advance angle was predicted successfully by applying polynomial regression models. The results show that, the amount of test points reduces from 170 to 30, and the absolute mean error is 0.871 3 CA compared to that obtained by comprehensive test, which is proved to have high engineering value as significantly reduces the calibration development time and costs.
