20 kV线路单相接地保护方案探讨

摘 要: 通过对20 kV中性点经小电阻接地线路单相接地故障的仿真与分析,在现有零序两段式过电流保护的基础上,提出了运用零序功率方向保护解决单相高阻接地故障的方法,并且通过仿真比较了2种保护方法的性能。结果表明:零序功率方向保护在可靠性和灵敏性上都优于零序过流保护。

Abstract: The neutral point usually grounds with low resistance in 20 kV distribution network. The traditional two zones zero�sequence over�current protection always fails to act in case of single phase high resistance earth fault. A new scheme is proposed in this paper, which can act correctly via directional zero�sequence power protection. Simulation and analysis are implemented. The results indicate that the proposed directional zero�sequence power protection is reliable and sensitive.
