热解石墨夹持电子轰击式LaB6阴极试验

摘 要: 研制出了一种热解石墨夹持的电子轰击式LaB6阴极,49 W的轰击功率就能把φ 5.00 mm×1.00 mmLaB6加热到1 560 ℃,LaB6中心与边缘的温差在10℃以内,1 545 ℃时测得φ4.00 mm的发射面发射束流370 mA,电子束轰击热解石墨,无LaB6蒸镀钨丝现象,轰击功率稳定。

Abstract: A kind of LaB6 cathode clamped by pyrolytic graphite and heated by electron bombardment has been developed. Bombarding power of the cathode is 49 W which can heat LaB6 of φ 5.00 mm×1.00 mm to 1 560℃. The temperature difference between center and edge is less than 10℃. At 1 545℃ anode current is 370 mA for a LaB6 disk with diameter 4 mm. The electron beam bombards pyrolytic graphite, tungsten filament is not coated by evaporated LaB6 and bombarding power is stable.
