黑豆抗旱性生物学基础研究

摘 要: 以黑豆幼苗为受体,在幼苗生长期间,用不同浓度的甘露醇进行处理;观察黑豆幼苗形态特征与生长态势,测定与分析其生理与生化指标;结果表明:在水分胁迫下,黑豆幼苗其形态特征、生长情况、生理与生化指标等生物学特性都发生了一系列适应性变化;甘露醇作为化学诱变物质,对提高黑豆幼苗抗旱性有明显渗透调节作用。

Abstract: With black soybean seedlings as a receptor, in the seedling growth period, processed the receptor with different concentrations of mannitol. Observed morphological characteristics and growth trend of black soybean seedlings, tested and analyzed their physiological and biochemical indicators. The results showed that under the water stress, a series of adaptive changes took place on the biological characteristics of black soybean seedlings, such as morphological characteristics, growth, physiological and biochemical indicators. As chemical mutagenesis substances, mannitol has significant osmotic adjustment effect for improving the drought resistance of black soybean seedlings.
