外源甜菜碱浸种对盐胁迫下黄瓜根苗生长的影响

摘 要: 以黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)‘津绿3号’为实验材料,采用营养液蛭石培养研究不同浓度外源甜菜碱浸种对不同浓度中性盐(NaCl)和碱性盐(Na2CO3)胁迫下黄瓜根苗生长的影响。发现外源甜菜碱浸种能在一定程度上提高盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗的叶片鲜重、根鲜重、根长,并且在高盐胁迫下表现出最佳甜菜碱浸种浓度为20 mmol/L,而对叶绿素含量、根系活力无显著有益影响。结果表明:采用适宜浓度的外源甜菜碱浸种在一定程度上能够提高黄瓜幼苗的耐盐能力,减轻盐胁迫对黄瓜幼苗的生长抑制作用。中性盐和碱性盐胁迫生境下外源甜菜碱对黄瓜的浸种效果存在一定差异。

Title: Effects of seeds soaking with exogenous glycinebetaine on the growth of cucumber seedlings under salt stress

Abstract: Effects of seeds soaking with different concentrations of exogenous glycinebetaine on the growth of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) seedlings under different concentrations of neutral salt (NaCl) and alkaline salt (Na2CO3) stress were researched, using “Jinlv-3” as the experimental material and vermiculite with nutrient solution culture. It was found that seeds soaking with exogenous glycinebetaine increased the leaf fresh weight, root fresh weight, root length of cucumber seedlings in a certain degree under salt stress, and the best glycinebetaine soaking concentration of 20 mmol/L was found under high salt stress. But it had no significant beneficial effects on the chlorophyll content and root vigor. The results indicated that seeds soaking with appropriate concentration of exogenous glycinebetaine could improve salt resistance of cucumber seedlings in a certain extent, and alleviate the inhibition of seedlings growth under salt stress. There was a certain different effect of exogenous glycinebetaine seed-soaking between neutral salt and alkaline salt stress on cucumber.
