高校定向越野运动员赛前训练的身体机能评定指标研究

摘 要: 为寻找和探索高校定向越野运动员赛前训练过程中机能评定指标体系,分别对9名参加湖南省定向越野锦标赛的运动员赛前训练过程中生理生化指标进行检测和分析。结果:1) 定向越野运动员训练过程中,血液中红细胞压积(hematocrit, Hct)、血红蛋白(hemoglobin, Hb)和红细胞(red blood cell, Rbc)计数的值变化不显著;2) 血清中尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen, BUN)变化趋势先升后降;3) 血氨(blood ammonia, BA)发生了显著的变化,出现了先升高后降低的变化趋势;4) 最大摄氧量(maximal oxygen consumption, VO2max)明显升高。结论:血液中Hct, Hb和Rbc对评定定向运动员赛前身体机能水平不具有特异性;血清中BUN能很好地评定赛前训练过程中定向越野运动员的身体机能水平;BA能够精确地评价运动员的机体机能状态;此次赛前训练过程中,运动员的VO2max明显升高,说明此次训练计划安排合理。

Title: Research on physical function evaluation system of pre-competition training of university orienteering athletes

Abstract: In order to find and explore the index system of functional evaluation in pre-competition training of university orienteering athletes, the physiological and biochemical indexes of nine athletes who attended orient cross-country tournament of Hunan province were examined and measured in the process of pre-competition training. Results: 1) In the training process of orient cross-country sport, the change of hematocrit (Hct), hemoglobin (Hb) and red blood cell (Rbc) was not so apparent. 2) The change tendency of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) in the athletes’ serum was significantly different. It rose first and decreased later. 3)Blood ammonia (BA) had taken place in a significant change, there has been increased after the first change in the trend of lowering. 4) The athletes’ maximal oxygen (VO2max) increased dramatically. Conclusion: The Hct, Hb and Rbc in blood are not with the specificity in evaluating the athletes’ physical function; the BUN in the athletes’ serum can accurately evaluate their physical function in the process of pre-competition training; BA can precisely evaluate the functional state of the body of athletes; and the significant increasing of the athletes’ VO2max shows that the training plan is reasonable.
