复合电刷镀技术研究进展

摘 要: 在过去的十多年里复合电刷镀得到了极大的发展,对电刷镀工艺和性能表征研究较为深入,但对镀层形成机理的研究却远远滞后于工艺和性能的研究。在综合国内外大量研究工作的基础上,分别从复合电刷镀的共沉积机理、共沉积过程,研究进展及其应用和当前技术的最新进展几个方面详细介绍了关于复合电刷镀机理和镀层性能研究的概况,同时展望了今后复合电刷镀研究的发展趋势。

Abstract: In the past decades composite brush plating technology had a tremendous growth, while it was focused on brush plating process and characterization in-depth. However, the research about its formation mechanism has lagged far behind the research about process and performance. Based on extensive research about brush plating at home and abroad, the profile of composite brush plating mechanism and performance is depicted, what's more, the future and development trend of electric brush plating are prospected in the comprehensive work from the research developments of mechanism and process of co-deposition, technology and applicatiom of composite brush plating.
