碳材料的光伏应用

摘 要: 碳基光伏电池(carbon-based photo-voltaic cells, PVCs)是一种新型的太阳能电池,凭借其独特的结构和广阔的应用前景而备受关注。回顾了碳材料在光伏电池中的多种应用,包括碳/硅异质结太阳能电池、有机太阳能电池和染料敏化太阳能电池。讨论了碳材料在光伏电池中所发挥的作用,并对全碳太阳能电池的可行性进行了展望。

Abstract: Carbon-based photo-voltaic cells (PVCs) have attracted a great deal of interest for both scientific fundamentals and potential applications. In this paper, applications of various carbon materials in PVCs, especially in silicon-based solar cells, organic solar cells and dye-sensitized solar cells, are reviewed. The roles carbon materials played in the PVCs are discussed. Further research on solar cells comprised solely of carbon is prospected.
