单壁碳纳米管的纯化研究

摘 要: 根据化学气相沉积法(chemical vapor deposition, CVD)制备的单壁碳纳米管(single-walled carbon nanotubes, SWNTs)中所含杂质的性质和特点,采用综合纯化法,将液相氧化、气相氧化、超声、过滤等手段结合对SWNTs进行纯化。并利用扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscopy, SEM)、热重(thermal gravimetric, TG)分析和拉曼(Raman)光谱对纯化前后的SWNTs进行表征。研究结果表明:采用综合纯化法可以取得较好的纯化效果,纯度可达95%以上。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of impurities from the prepared single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) by chemical vapor deposition (CVD), an integrated approach containing liquid phase oxidation, gas phase oxidation, sonication and filtration was applied. And the paper characterized the sample and purified SWNTs by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermal gravimetric (TG) analysis and Raman spectroscopy. The results show that the integrated approach is a good purification method and a purity of 95% can be obtained.
