亚共析石墨化易切削钢的切削性能

摘 要: 以正火状态的45钢为基准材料,对亚共析石墨化易切削钢的切削工艺进行试验研究。测试结果表明:刀具磨损曲线属于标准型磨损曲线;试验用钢的切屑形状主要呈C形并伴有少量螺旋屑,切削过程平稳,说明亚共析石墨化易切削钢的切削性能较高,适于在数控机床和加工中心上批量生产。

Abstract: In this paper, as the base material of normalized 45 steel, the cutting process of hypoeutectoid graphitized free cutting steel were studied. The results showed that process of tool wear were standard wear curve, the chips were mainly C-shaped accompanied by a small number of spiral chips, and the cutting process was steady, showing that the hypoeutectoid graphite free cutting steel had high machinability and was suitable for batch production on numerical control machine and machining center.
