静电纺丝法制备聚醚酰亚胺无纺布的探索研究

摘 要: 以三氯甲烷及四氯乙烷的混合液为溶剂,采用高压静电纺丝法制备聚醚酰亚胺(polyetherimide, PEI)超细纤维无纺布,讨论各种不同试验条件和参数对产品的影响,并用扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope, SEM)和相关软件表征和分析产品的形貌和性能。结果表明:混合溶剂的比例和溶液浓度是决定纤维可纺性的主要因素,调整工艺参数可改变纤维形貌;在三氯甲烷与四氯乙烷比例为10∶2、溶液质量浓度为12%时制得的无纺布缺陷最少,且纤维直径分布较均匀,直径在0.6~2.0 μm.

Abstract: In this paper, polyetherimide (PEI) non-woven fabrics were prepared by electro spinning in the mixed solvent of chloroform and tetrachloroethane. The micromorphologies of the fabrics were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and some related software. Besides, from the process, conditions of surroundings and parameters of the machine have been investigated in this paper, which may influence the morphologies of PEI fibers. The results indicated that the ratio of the two solvents and the concentration of the solution are the decisive factors in spinning, and the fibers' micromorphologies could be altered by turning the technological parameters. The diameter of fibers mainly ranged from 0.6 to 2.0 μm.
