SLs-AA型高吸水性树脂的合成与性能研究

摘 要: 以木质素磺酸钠、丙烯酸为原料,采用水溶液聚合法合成了SLs-AA型高吸水性树脂,系统研究了合成条件对反应过程及其产物性能的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件:交联剂质量分数0.315 8%~0.411 2%,引发剂质量分数5.53%~6.27%,n(KOH)/n(AA)值40%~47%,单体质量分数24%~28%,聚合温度72~76℃,木质素磺酸钠用量33.54%. 探讨了聚合反应机理,并利用红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, FTIR)对样品进行了表征。

Abstract: SLs-AA superabsorbent polymers were synthesized by solution copolymerization using acrylic acid and sodium ligninsulfonate. The influences of synthesis conditions on reaction and on product properties were investigated and the optimal synthesis conditions were identified. The results were: the mass contents of the crosslinking agent and initiating agent were found to be 0.315 8%-0.411 2% and 5.53%-6.27%, respectively; n(KOH)/n(AA) was found to be 40%-47%; the monomer mass content was found to be 24%-28%; the polymerization temperature was found to be 72-76℃; and the mass content of the sodium ligninsulfonate was found to be 33.54%. The copolymerization mechanism was discussed. The samples were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).
