基于GIS服务投递路径的构建

| 摘 要： | 为开发服务投递路径构建系统，利用福州市区交通与地址电子地图，以邮政快递服务为例，基于ArcGIS平台，选用MO以及完全面向MO的网络分析开发组件——MoNetBroker，利用Visual Basic 6.0作为界面开发语言，实现了邮政投递过程中多目标最佳路径（即最短路径）的构建，并实现了灵活的电子地图显示及信息查询功能，可为从事服务投递的企业提供“路径决策”服务，帮助实现降低投递费用，缩短流通时间。系统的开发模式与技术中路线对构建实用的城市警用110，120地理信息系统（geographic information system,GIS）的开发也有一定的参考价值和指导意义。 |

| Abstract： | This paper takes the postal courier services for example and uses electronic map of Fuzhou transportation and addresses, based on the ArcGIS platform, using MO and MoNetBroker (MO component), which completely faces to network-oriented analysis and development and takes Visual Basic 6.0 Language as the interface development language to achieve the construction of the best path for multi-targets in progress of the postal delivery (the shortest path). It also achieves a flexible electronic map display and information search functions during the process of building “the GIS-based construction of service delivery path” system. The system provides the “path decision-making” services for the service delivery, achieves lower circulation costs and shortens the flow time. Its development model and the technology route have a certain reference value and significance for City Police 110, 120 Geographic Information System development. |
