雷公藤多甙抑制大鼠心脏移植排斥反应的研究

摘 要: 目的:研究雷公藤多甙对大鼠心脏移植排斥反应的抑制作用。方法:以SD大鼠为供体,Wistar大鼠为受体,采用肾静脉套管法建立大鼠腹部异位心脏移植模型,治疗组术前3 d管饲给予雷公藤多甙30 mg·kg - 1·d-1. 观察移植心脏搏动强度、存活时间、排异反应分级和受体鼠外周血IL-2水平。结果:治疗组移植心脏搏动强度、搏动时间优于对照组,排异反应程度减轻,受体鼠外周血IL-2水平明显低于对照组。结论:应用雷公藤多甙能够抑制大鼠心脏移植排斥反应。

Title: Study on immunosuppression of Glucosida Tripterygii in heart-transplanted rats

Abstract: Objective: To study the immunosuppression of Glucosida Tripterygii in heart-transplanted rats. Methods: Male SD rats served as donors and Wistar as recipients, heart transplantation was performed by renal vein cuff technique. Thirty six recipients were divided into two groups at random: control group and Glucosida Tripterygii treated group (30 mg·kg-1·d-1 ). Transplanted heart beating intensity and beating time were observed. The level of IL-2 in recipients’ serum was measured by ELISA method. Transplanted heart were collected and examined by HE stain, when they did not beat. Results: In Glucosida Tripterygii treated group, transplanted heart beating intensity was stronger, beating time was longer, the concentration of IL-2 in serum was lower, and rejection was obviously mild than them in control group. Conclusion: Glucosida Tripterygii can suppress the rejection in heart-transplanted rats.
