喘咳平颗粒水提工艺的研究

摘 要: 为将临床常用经验方制成方便携带和服用的喘咳平颗粒,在传统中医组方原则和现代中草药化学研究的基础上,将原方中的药物分为醇提和水提2部分。选用正交试验设计,以浸出物得率、黄芩苷含量为指标,通过重量法、高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)分别测得各试验结果的相关数据,再采用综合评分法来考察提取时间、加水量和提取次数3个因素、3个水平对水提工艺的影响,旨在筛选出最佳的提取工艺。通过试验最终确定喘咳平颗粒最佳水提工艺为10倍量水浸泡0.5 h后提取3次,每次1.0 h. 经3次验证试验表明:该提取工艺简单合理,稳定可行。

Title: Study on water extraction technology for Chuankeping granules

Abstract: The herbs of the prescription were divided into alcohol extract part and water extract part on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formula principle and researches of modern Chinese herbal medicine chemistry, for making the Chuankeping granules easier to take and to carry. The purpose of this test was to investigate water extraction process of the Chuankeping granules. The orthogonal test design was chosen, with the rate of harvesting of the extract and the contents of baicalin were used as indices of appraisa1. And the relevant data were got through the weight method and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) measurement. Then comprehensive evaluation method was used to study the extraction time, amount of water and extraction times of three factors, three levels on the impact of water extraction, to optimize the best extraction process. The results showed that the crude drug which had been soaked in water for 0.5 h should be extracted three times, by tenfold amount of water and 1.0 h with each. The three validation tests showed that the optimized extraction process was simple, reasonable, reliable and practical.
