人肠道菌群对牛蒡苷的代谢产物研究

摘 要: 研究在人肠内菌群作用下牛蒡苷的代谢转化产物。采用硅胶、SephadexLH-20柱色谱等方法从加入青年健康志愿者新鲜粪便的培养液中分离纯化出3个化合物,运用波谱技术分析鉴定化学结构,分别为:牛蒡苷(arctiin,Ⅰ)及其代谢产物牛蒡苷元(arctigenin,Ⅱ)和(8R,8R′)-3,4-二羟基-4′,5′-二甲氧基-9-氧代-8-8′,9-O-9′-木脂素[(8R,8R′)-3,4-dihydroxy-4′,5′-dimethoxy-9-oxo-8-8′,9-O-9′-lignan,Ⅲ]。牛蒡苷可被人肠内菌群代谢,其代谢途径可能为:化合物Ⅰ糖苷键先断裂,得到化合物Ⅱ,随后化合物Ⅱ在3位脱—CH3,得到化合物Ⅲ.

Title: Study on metabolism of arctiin with human intestinal flora

Abstract: In this paper, metabolic transformation of arctiin with human intestinal flora was studied. By methods of silica gel and SephadexLH-20 column chromatography, two metabolites were separated from human fecal suspension; and by spectral analysis their structures were identified as arctiin I, arctigenin Ⅱ and (8R,8R′)-3,4-dihydroxy-4′,5′-dimethoxy-9-oxo-8-8′,9-O-9′-lignan Ⅲ. Arctiin can be metabolized by human intestinal flora. The metabolic pathway of arctiinⅠin human intestinal may be: the glucosidic bond of compoundⅠbroke thereby compound Ⅱ was obtained; and compound II separated —CH3 from the third position thereby compound Ⅲ was obtained.
