大学生消费行为与幸福感相关研究

摘 要: 目的:了解大学生消费行为模式及其幸福感状况,探寻两者之间的关系。方法:采用《大学生消费问卷》和《综合幸福问卷》(Multiple Happiness Questionnaire, MHQ) 对181名在校大学生进行调查。结果:大学生以小心谨慎(3.18)和勤俭节约(3.42)消费模式为主;大学生幸福指数均值为6.39,幸福体验良好;消费行为中的他人主导、情绪调节和小心谨慎3个因素能够有效预测大学生幸福感。结论:消费行为能有效预测幸福感,合理消费行为的培养是提升大学生幸福感的有效途径。

Title: Relationship between consumer behaviors and well-being among college students

Abstract: Objective: To study college students’ consuming behavior model and well-being to explore the link between the two. Methods:181 college students in Nanchang University were investigated by using Consumption Questionnaire of College Students and the Multiple Happiness Questionnaire (MHQ).Results: The consumption patterns of care and frugality take the leading role among college students. Students feel more happy with the happiness index of 6.39. Three factors of dominated by others, emotional regulation and care can significantly predict the students’ happiness. Conclusion: The consumer behavior can predict well-being effectively. Culturing the rational consumer behavior is an effective way to enhance college students’ well-being.
